Launch and product updates

If you opt in, we use your email address and any optional interest selection to send the updates you requested. We ask you to confirm your email first. We record your consent wording version, request and confirmation times, and subscription status. The basis for these updates is your consent. Every update includes an unsubscribe option.

Contact enquiries

We use your email, message and any name or company you choose to provide to respond to your request. Sending a message does not subscribe you to marketing. For requests about entering a business relationship, this processing supports steps you request before a contract; other enquiries are handled for our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence.

Optional analytics

Only with your permission, Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics) helps us understand visits, feature interest and interactions. Analytics can process browser/device information, pseudonymous identifiers and events. We do not send names, email addresses, message contents or subscription tokens to Analytics. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using the site or forms.

Service providers and processing locations

The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and server processing, Resend for email delivery, and Google for optional analytics. These services may process information outside your country, including outside the EEA. A Firebase project or a database location preference does not establish EU-only processing.

Provider terms describe their processing and international transfer safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable: Cloudflare, Resend and Google. Contact us for information about safeguards applicable to your data.

Retention

Unconfirmed signup records are scheduled for removal after 7 days. Confirmation links expire after 48 hours. Active subscriptions are reviewed after 12 months; resolved enquiries are retained for no longer than 6 months unless a continuing request or legal obligation requires otherwise. A minimal suppression record can be retained to respect unsubscribe requests. After withdrawal, consent evidence will be kept blocked only for the applicable statutory limitation periods for liabilities arising from the processing, and then deleted. Any extension must be justified by an applicable legal requirement or an ongoing proceeding. Blocked evidence will not be used for marketing.

Analytics uses two-month user/event retention without extending the user retention period on new activity. Aggregate reports may follow different retention rules.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information and, where applicable, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time: unsubscribe from emails or open Cookie settings for analytics. Withdrawal does not undo processing already lawfully performed. You may complain to the supervisory authority competent for your location; in Spain this is the AEPD.

Changing cookie settings stops future optional collection; it does not automatically delete previously collected data. Use the privacy contact above for data requests.
